Entry Collection & Preparation

To enter the Awards, entries must have been completed between December 2025 and December 2026. Complete the entry form in full and include high-resolution photos or video where possible. Entries can be updated until the deadline but are only valid once payment is received. All physical entries must arrive by 5 January 2027. If the project is installed or too large to ship, a sample may be required for judging.

Rigorous Independent Judging

During the shortlisting phase, a panel of four esteemed industry professionals will meticulously review each entry. This week-long judging process involves each expert independently scoring submissions against a comprehensive set of criteria. Their collective scores and insights will determine which entries make it to the prestigious shortlist.

Showcasing Global Excellence

The selected FESPA Award shortlisted entries represent some of the most inspirational and innovative works of print and signage in the world. These exceptional pieces will gain prominent visibility, being placed on public display for 20,000 members of the global imaging community to experience first-hand at the FESPA Global Print Expo in Europe, Spring 2027. This is your opportunity to have your work seen by industry leaders and peers.

The Grand Finale: Awards Ceremony

The journey culminates in our official FESPA Awards ceremony, a prestigious prize-giving event held during the FESPA Global Print Expo. This exclusive celebration will bring together industry leaders, fellow entrants, and special guests to honour the winners and celebrate excellence in print and signage.
